Sometimes we want to get away with nowhere to go, except within!
Here's a life tip: Keeping a journal is a mindful self-care writing activity that gives you a healthy, safe space to express your inner thoughts and feelings freely, authentically, and privately.
Give it a try and evaluate your before and after feelings. Are you lighter or heavier? Did you gain mental clarity, or do you need to soul-search a bit deeper to sort some things out?
Journal until you no longer feel the weight of stress and confusion so you can free up space to experience the outer joy and beauty of inner peace.
