Women's March Pose Day 100 Question

From the Desk of Women's March: Together, let’s talk about the issues that motivated us to march on January 21st and beyond. For the 8th action in our 100 Days campaign, we encourage you to connect with people beyond your familiar circle and invite them to share their thoughts, hopes, fears and ideas. Break down barriers by coming out from behind your feeds and filters to engage your neighbors one-on-one and learn about what issues galvanize them. Visit www.womensmarch.com/whyweresist and use the hashtag #WhyWeResist to share the issues that matter to you and your communities.

There are many issues, but to narrow it down to what is consistently talked about: 1) Affordable housing/displacement due to gentrification/urban renewal. 3) Jobs and equal pay. 2) Health care - affordable and accessibility and quality doctor care. My plus-one would be Education as many schools are failing, underperforming, or closing.

In MY opinion, these are concerns on the table without triggering situations that often get local and national attention like violence (community, police, domestic, abuse, etc.).
